Stockpiling is simply buying items at rock bottom prices. Buy what your family will use at that price to last you until the next coupon cycle. Which is normally 3-4 months!

I WAS WONDERING HOW I AM ABLE TO START SAVING MONEY BY USIN COUPONS, AT THIS POINT I AM THE ONLY ONE MAKING MONEY IN THE HOUSE AND I HAVE A FAMILY OF THREE

The first thing you need to do is gather up some coupons. Learn your store policies and watch for sales. Follow a local blog in your area they can point you to the deals each week. You can also start with the Ulitimate Coupon Saver free eBook on the right hand side of my page for more ideas.
